Booking Fee Policy
This appointment is for the USCIS Immigration Medical Exam (Form I-693), also commonly known as an Immigration Physical.
A $25 booking fee is required to reserve an appointment for a USCIS immigration medical examination.
This booking fee will be applied toward your final charges if you attend your visit.
No-show appointments forfeit the booking fee.
If you do not have a debit or credit card to book an appointment, walk-in service may be available on a space-available basis.
Appointments cannot be held without a booking fee of $25.
